HerdTrack Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 15, 2026
Acceptance
By using HerdTrack, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
Users must be 13+ or have parental permission where required by law.
Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining account security and accuracy.
Free Trial
One-time 14-day free trial per account/email. After expiration, access to a personal workspace requires an active subscription.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe depending on platform.
Team Access
Owners may invite team members and assign permissions. Team members may access only authorized workspaces.
Refunds
No refunds except where required by law or applicable platform/payment-provider policies.
Acceptable Use
Users may not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to HerdTrack.
Data Ownership
Users retain ownership of their submitted content. HerdTrack receives rights necessary to operate the service.
Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.
Disclaimer
Services are provided 'as is' without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Venue shall be Monroe County, Kentucky.
